WHAT'S THE SCOOP?
The vision of Jebi's began in the summer of 2021 when my (Jodi) daughter wanted to get ice cream. Knowing there were no hard dipped ice cream places near the southwest area of Fort Wayne, my brain started churning. I then approached a good friend about leasing space in a building he had just purchased in downtown Roanoke. With the location in place, my next thought was a business partner. Who else other than my longtime friend Deb, a great lover of ice cream, who excitedly said yes!
We spent the remainder of the summer traveling to ice cream shops researching and tasting ice cream. We always found ourselves coming back to the same brand of ice cream as our favorite, The Chocolate Shoppe, a super premium brand from Madison, Wisconsin. In the fall we attended Conecon, the National Ice Cream Retailer’s Association convention in Florida. After attending the conference we felt even more motivated and decided to make Jebi’s a reality.
We are so excited to bring this delicious super premium ice cream to Roanoke, Indiana. Come join us not only for some great ice cream, but also for some smiles and laughs as we embark on this new adventure!
